It is tricky! Sonohealth unit must be on and directly next to iPhone or Smartphone. The bluetooth must be open in your phone. Cannot be plugged in at the time. Most important. Set the units next to each other and it will synchronize! You will see a tiny green light as it does synchronize. I am a Retired Nurse practitioner. I have had arrythymia for many years, but have gotten worse with age. EKGs in office can’t catch them Holters and such sometimes. I find the Sonohealh impressive and helpful. It works!!
