ST Elevation. Should I be worried?

Inaccurate reading, I’m not seeing ST elevation in that at all.

My SonoHealth device frequently says that I have ST elevation right after serious exercise, but when I showed the graphs to my cardiology department, they said the graphs do not show ST elevation. Is the device wrong? Is the SonoHealth software wrong?
