We just bought the EKGraph and the only lead working in the one where you hold it between your palms. Am I doing something wrong?

when I got mine, I did not realize that there is an almost invisible plastic film covering the electrodes which must be removed. this is not noted in the set up instructions.
your skin must be damp or lightly moist for better results on arms n feet
