Device changed readout from English to Chinese

Hi. My device had been reading in English ever since I got it but this morning now it is in Chinese so I don’t know what’s going on. It’s fine on the app but I like to do several in a row if there’s an abnormal reading. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

​You can change the device language via the PC software.

  • ​Run PC software

  • Plug EKGraph to PC via USB cable

  • Under the download screen change the language to ENGLISH. (see screenshot)

Is that a suitable way for you to change it via PC/Laptop?
