Can't sync, date wrong etc

Not sure its connected to bluetooth, nothing comes up as sonohealth so not sure. Rebooted a few times, reinstalled app 2 times. Still nothing, frustrated. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9Plus. I did put in a ticket, of course it’s the weekend so…


Try looking in your Junk folder. I know I had a response hidden there on a weekend!

They answered but the name for the app on bluetooth doesn’t show on my lost. Now I can’t get it to reboot so I can try again, lol. Oh boy.
