In order to get the most accurate reading with a palm to palm lead, should I remain still, or can I get a good reading while walking or using a treadmill?

im not sure howevee when yiu are sent home with a monitor…you go along your daily business
nope. just read in instruction book you are to remain immobile away from smart phone and computers
