Hadn’t synced in awhile. I had 28 records to sync. It takes 13 seconds per record. IPhone autolock blacked screen after 3 minutes. So I restarted sync but instead of continuing from where it left off, it started at the beginning. So I had to keep tapping the screen or it would never sync. Why does it take so long to sync a record? Can you speed it up?
I can’t get mine to sink in the first place I download the program no problem it will not sync with my unit after trying for 30 x ridiculous no help at all this way any suggestions
I start the app, turn on the unit, press the circle in app with the two arrows and it syncs then says sync done
