On several occasions when I go to sync a few records to my iPhone XR the unit has gone to syncing 100 records even though 95 % are already in the phone app. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong or out of sequence?

Same thing happening here. Hope there’s an answer to it. Looking through tech support as well.
