I’m using a Galaxy note 8 and I’m trying to remove old recordings inside the app. Not to keep it cluttered.

We apologize but for now that option is not available.
Our developers are currently working on a new Android update. Once the update is released you’ll be able to update your app and that function will be available.

We just released an updated verison of the Android app. And guess what…we added the feature you were looking for! 
First update the SonoHealth App.
Next follow this steps to remove a recording:
Simply swipe a recording to the right and a delete button will appear. Click it and viola, recording removed.
