My monitor quit working. It was approved for replacement under warranty. I have never received my replacement nor is anyone responding to my emails, attempted contacts via chat, nor are they answering the phone. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know what is going on with the company? I just emailed again to the email that I have been corresponding to and now it’s bounced back as undeliverable. What is going on with this company?
