Did you remember to press the save button (upper right corner) after you changed the setting?

I have a pixel 3a xl. The plain app won’t work at all. 2.0 will occasionally get the data but it hangs up in the sync. I never get the continue button. I also can’t change the settings in 2.0. the old app I can but it doesn’t update the device. So I am stuck on 10 secs. Do I uninstal the old app or keep them both. Old app doesn’t really work at all for me. 2.0 is only partially working. Help please I’m new
